About 4 Month Ago I was Doing monkey vault from a high spot with high speed, and landed improperly. So, I really hurt my MCL. But I’m now way better : I can Sprint, Jump, precision and even do some of the advanced vaults. now I need a REAL workout to strengthen my knees to heal quicker. and will it be normal again ? plz guys help me April 5, 2014 at 11:45 am #1861 Dan DinuKeymaster Hi Milad, You should do a lot of low impact training to improve your muscle strength: http://www.parkourtrain.net/192/low-impact-training-in-parkour.html Those exercises should really help to get you back on track.
