The tutorials are very thorough. I can see it being a great guide for teachers, as it illustrates possible lesson plans & obstacle layout. The part where it shines is that the step-by-step explanations are illustrated with photographs.
Parkour chapters and trends
It deals alot with the history of the sport as well as the current trends. What i was really excited about were the chapters on the rationals for teaching parkour in schools as a means to develop young kids.
This book also covers description of moves and situations where they are useful, training methods for all levels of PK mastery and even a section training and nutritional information.
