Joey Adrian put up a video of a cool new free running movement he calls the “Dolphin Rebound” free running movement. Apparently he had been discussing it for a while with his friends and finally took his chances:
I had a dream about it where I came up with some good progressions and realized I needed to hit with 2 feet at the top. The next day I was in the gym working on it The progressions worked perfectly!
I encourage you to give this a try. It looks like a ton of fun and probably feels fantastic when you finally nail it.
